Thomas Manning was a Tudor Prior and Bishop. ==Life== Elected Prior of Butley, Suffolk in 1528, and Suffragan Bishop of Ipswich〔''Houses of Austin canons: Priory of Butley, A History of the County of Suffolk: Volume 2 (1975)'', pp. 95-99.
